Kinney Hill Road, New Preston
On this bucolic country road in the town of New Preston we’ve started this 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bath custom house. The farmhouse design takes full advantage of the fantatic views of the surrounding hills but also of the topography of the property with a full walk out basement. This home is sold.
Stagecoach Lane,Litchfield
In the Shepaug Crossing neighborhood, we are building a beautiful country house in a wooded setting. This 20 acre lot affords lots of privacy. The custom house design is meant to take all of it’s surroundings from inside the house with lots of windows and patio doors. The long curved driveway adds to the relaxed feel of the setting.
Salisbury
We just started a renovation / addition to this old farmhouse in Salisbury. The existing house gets updated with new kitchen, updated bathrooms, new windows and siding and a new heating system. The addition of a new family room and screened porch will give the house a new lease on life.
