262 Old Mount Tom Road – Bantam
In the beautiful setting of Old Mount Tom Road, we have started a shingle style home featering 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths. The house is sheetrocked and ready for the trim carpenters. This home will come onto the market in the early spring of 2021.
Kent – 104 Gorham Road
In the serene setting of St. John’s Peak we started a new custom home. With it’s winding drive and it’s siting well off the road, this home becomes a very private sanctuary with nature all around.


Litchfield – Custom home Old Mount Tom
We have started construction on another, custom home at Shepaug Crossing. A 5 bedroom house that sits on one of the highest points at the road. The views are spectacular and the design will allow the occupants full advantage of this from just about every room of the house.

This contemporary farmhouse is another collaboration with design consultant Elaine Fay. It borrows the looks from the traditional with a modern twist. A modern interior with lots of glass complete this spectacular home.
Litchfield – Old Mount Tom Road
In Litchfield we have almost completed this modern farmhouse in a beautiful level lot. The back of the house has western exposure and with lots of windows the afternoon and evening light come streaming in. The interior features some very cool built-ins and a gorgeous custom kitchen.


Recently completed custom home in Litchfield. This house plan has been developed to full take advantage of it’s location, a beautiful large meadow surrounded by woods with long views.
The exterior of the house features a combination of brick and clapboard combined with a slate roof.
Reminiscent of the grand old homes of yesteryear, but with a modern floor plan and all of today’s conveniences incorporated.

Recently completed new home at Old Mount Tom Road in Litchfield. The exterior and interior of the home are based on old farmhouse designs found throughout Litchfield County. Elaine Fay is the design consultant on the project.
