Construction is nearing completion on this 3000 sq ft home with 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and 1 half bath. Sitting on 12 acres of near level land, surrounded by woodlands with an extensive lawn, the setting can’t be beat. With an approved pool site and a walk out patio, the back yard can be a summer oasis.
Washington
On this bucolic country road in the town of Washington we’ve almost completed this 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath custom home. The tradition design and exterior details of the house give it a sense of timelessness. A long driveway leads to the elegance of the setting.
We recently completed a renovation and addition of an old farmhouse in Salisbury. New kitchen, bathrooms, windows, siding, roof and updated heating system were installed. A familty room, screened porch and deck with pegola were added to the house. A seperate guest quarters / pool house and pool were newly constructed as well.
